Historic Montclair Neighborhood:
Senor Pepe’s has been established since 1969 in the Historic Montclair Neighborhood. Bounded East Colfax Avenue to the north, East Sixth Avenue to the south, Monaco Parkway to the west and Quebec Street to the east, sprouted up more than 100 years ago. Baron Walter von Richthofen (uncle to the famed Red Baron) founded Montclair in 1885 as an exclusive health resort. The Baron built himself a 35-room castle where passers-by can still see the past around the corner from Senor Pepe’s at 12th Avenue and Pontiac Street - To read more about the castle, click here.
